Distante circa 5500 Anni Luce, questa bella nebulosa nello Scorpione nota col nome di Zampa di Gatto è una delle più vicine regioni di formazione stellare.

- Lens / Camera : Takahashi FSQ 106 ED f/5 - AP Starfire 130 - Canon EOS 60D + EOS 6D CDS (Baader Modified)
- Mount / Guide : Astro-Physics 1200 GTO -  Lacerta Mgen stand alone autoguider on 9x50 Finderscope
- Exposure Time : Exposures of  1,3,5,6,9 Min. (3h 20m Total)  @ 1600 Iso 60D, 3200 Iso 6D - No Dark - 20 Flat.
- Processing : Image Plus (Calibration), Registar (Alignment), Photoshop, Image Plus & Astra Image (Processing)
- Note : Excellent Trasparency - Temp +8°C - SQM-L 21,77/21,85
